These terms govern your use of the 5STARZ Limousine website and our transportation services. By booking a ride or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Booking and confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after we respond with a written confirmation. Submitting a form does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed booking. We will respond to your request within one business hour during office hours.

Payment and deposits

Confirmed bookings may require a deposit. Balance is due as specified in your booking confirmation. Rates quoted are inclusive of fuel, standard tolls, and chauffeur base service unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation terms depend on booking type. Standard bookings may be cancelled with full refund up to 48 hours before pickup; cancellations inside that window may be subject to a fee. Wedding and large-group bookings have their own terms communicated at booking.

Conduct onboard

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully. Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited. Alcohol may be permitted only for passengers of legal age and in accordance with applicable law. Damage to the vehicle caused by passenger action is the responsibility of the booking party.

Delays and uncontrollable events

We build buffer into our schedules and will communicate promptly if unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, mechanical issues) impact your ride. In rare cases requiring substitution, we will provide a vehicle of equivalent or higher class.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the scope of the booking and applicable insurance coverage. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle; please check your seat before exiting.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photos, graphics, logos — is the property of 5STARZ Limousine or used under license. Do not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 5STARZ Limousine operates. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
